Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery. Please inform us of the exact quantity missing or damaged, and we will arrange for replacements to be sent with the next available delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer or tiler to inspect the goods before installation. You must verify the type, quantity, size, quality, aesthetics, shade, color, layout pattern, and suitability for your project. No claims will be accepted after installation.
What if I Order Too Many?
We do not accept returns for surplus items. Please order carefully and ensure your quantities are accurate.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on the items and quantities in your cart. The delivery charge will include any necessary packaging.
Returns Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or make an incorrect selection. Refunds, exchanges, or store credits will only be provided if goods are faulty, incorrectly described, different from a sample shown, or do not perform as expected.
This policy complies with and does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under this law.
Product Samples and Color Variations
We recommend purchasing or viewing a sample to verify the product’s color and texture before placing a full order. Actual products may differ slightly from what you see on your computer screen.

What if my order is damaged, or not correct?
All damages and irregularities must be notified within 7 working days of the delivery. You must notify us of the exact amount missing or damaged, and replacements will be sent on the next available delivery.
It is the customer and tiler’s responsibility to fully inspect the goods appropriate to the type, quantity, size, quality, aesthetics and appearance, shade, colour, layout pattern, suitability for purpose, and any other characteristics of the goods prior to installation, as no claims will be considered after installation.
What if I order too many?
Unfortunately, we do not accept the return of surplus items.
Delivery Costs?
Adding the items and the quantities required into a shopping cart will bring up the delivery options and costs. The delivery cost will include any packing and packaging as required.
What is your Returns Policy?
PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange, or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, or don’t do what they are supposed to do.
Our returns policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. All products supplied by Amark Group, available through tiletrim.au, come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Please Note
Before purchasing from us, please assure yourself by purchasing or viewing a sample as to the colour and texture, as actual products may vary from what you see on your computer.
